Internet download manager doesn't work

 I recently downloaded internet download manager but at some sites it doesn't work properly because when I open a video it doesn't show the download icon , How can I fix it

yes when you use internet download manger it doesn't download some files

the way is to download that file is that click on the video link, and press alt key for almost 30 or 50 seconds,  it will download your file.
