How to Move the Task Bar to the bottom of the Screen

My taskbar is at the top of my screen and don't know how to get it back at the bottom?

  Click on the task bar hold down the mouse and drag the task bar back to the bottom of the screen
  or drag it to the side where you want. then right click on the taskbar and lock it. Now it is locked
  and can not move, until you again unlocked it.
